The five trustees are:

Tom Hynes: I have worked for the North Devon Biosphere as their Biodiversity Officer working with farmers and the community to help instigate wildlife improvements. I have a small farm where I focus on farming with nature. I have a great interest in Devon Hedges and their management.

David Venner: I am from a North Devon farming family and have a B.Sc. honours degree in Ecological Sciences. I worked as a National Trail officer for the former Countryside Commission and later set up a business specialising in hedge and drystone wall restoration. I now help to manage a community woodland and nature reserve at High Bickington.

Richard Prowse (chairman):

David Rowe:I am a project manager and bid writer with 30+ years of experience of running projects and education based initiatives. I have a broad skill set, which has been useful to the trust and to beneficiaries of the Community Biodiversity Awards over the last 5 years. I am also a trustee and secretary of various other local organisations and trusts.
